Shipping & Return Policy
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. CelebrityDressesForLess wants all our customers to be happy. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly.
All requests for returns due to wrong shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by CelebrityDressesForLess within 7 days of order delivery and returned within 30 days. Shipping and rush fee will not be refunded. The item must be unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached.
FOR STANDARD ORDERS:
CelebrityDressesForLess will issue a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your dress.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders include design changes, fabric changes, custom sizes) are eligible to request a 50% refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your dress.
Custom dresses are made specifically for you. That means, no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's done. Because of this, we can only provide a 50% refund. So sorry, love!
HOW TO RETURN?
Easy: email us at email@example.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
You may cancel your order or request changes to it within 24 hours of placing it. If you need to cancel your order after the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and then request a return. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, when we receive the order back in our warehouse and process it.
We do not offer exchange service for products at this time. If you purchased your item(s) and would like to exchange for a different size or style, you will need to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).
DHL, UPS, TNT, ARMX, etc. We always use the fastest and the most appropriate shipping method that can be tracked online, but the exactly express delivery is determined at random by country.
In consideration of our customers' benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control we can't guarantee no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.
Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.
We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
After a commodity has been shipped, we will send the "logistics waybill number" to your mailbox. You may also log in to "My Order" to check the logistics waybill number, and enquire about the distribution progress based on this number.
